Meet the Coaches
Coach Kevin
Coach Kevin Graham is a longtime member of the Atlanta running community with over 40 years of experience as both an athlete and coach.
His journey began humbly as the last kid on his team, a starting point that shaped his work ethic and passion for the sport.
He went on to become a six-time Georgia State Champion in cross country and track, a Footlocker (Kinney) National Finalist, and was inducted into the Georgia High School Cross Country & Track and Field Hall of Fame in 2013.
At the collegiate level, Kevin made history at Georgia Tech as the program’s first NCAA Cross Country All-American and held the school’s 10K record for 17 years. His personal bests include 14:09 (5K), 29:36 (10K), 1:09:36 (half marathon), and 2:27:45 (marathon).
Kevin has coached at the collegiate, private, and volunteer levels for over two decades, including helping lead Emory University to four NCAA Cross Country National appearances. He currently works in communications in Conyers, GA, and continues to coach and mentor athletes of all levels when he's not shuttling around his swimmer daughter and runner son.

Coach Carin
Coach Carin Molchan is lifelong runner and two-time marathon finisher, Coach Carin first fell in love with cross country and track in high school. Running has remained an important part of her daily life and foundational to all the other sports she's pursued.
While running has always been a constant, Carin's college athletics career took a different turn. She became a Division 1 rower at Rutgers University, later coaching the novice teams at Lafayette College in Pennsylvania, and at Johns Hopkins University and Loyola University in Maryland. These experiences fostered her passion for helping new athletes of all kinds build confidence, resilience, and a love for athletics.
When she is not running, she enjoys rock climbing, swimming, and overly-ambitious hikes with her two adventurous kids and a very brave husband. She is also a Nurse Officer in the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps.
Back on the trails this season, she is excited to introduce young runners to cross country in a way that’s challenging, encouraging, and (most importantly) fun!

Coach Don
Coach Don Beaudette developed a lifelong love of running as a high school cross country athlete in his hometown of Duluth, Minnesota. Don enjoys running with his son Jack (when he can keep up with him) and sees cross country as a great way to build community and enjoy nature.
When he’s not running, Don can usually be found throwing discs with his border collie (Summer) or chilling to the latest Kacey Musgraves record.
Don works as an Associate Professor of Political Science at Oxford College and is married to Pascael Beaudette. Jack is the oldest of Don & Pascael’s two boys.
