Rather than compromise our reputation and the success of your meet,
Exact Timing prefers to use its personnel.
If you would like to provide personnel, they are more than welcome to
work with Exact Timing Staff. To
avoid disorganization, unscheduled delays, miscommunication, and long meets,
Exact Timing has included the following (below) within the price of an
Age-Group Track & Field Meet. We will continue to work with you to manage
the costs. We hope that you will consider, understand, and agree with this
recommendation. Includes: FAT (Fully Automatic Timing) On-Line Entries & Meet
Information On-Line Results Printed Results (at Meet) Posted Results (at Meet) Multi-Age Group Scoring Available Meet Packets – Envelopes for each team containing bib numbers,
pins, meet information, performance list/heat sheets. Hip Numbers – Numbers for athletes to wear on their hip for the
finish line camera. Announcer – A staffed station where meet information is
announced (meet schedule, check-in times, results, etc.). Clerk (with Tent) – A staffed station for athletes to check-in prior to
their races, and to receive lane assignments and hip numbers. Meet Marshall (with Bullhorn) – To make sure athletes are wearing correct bib numbers, hip numbers,
explain the rules of the races, escort athletes to start line, count laps for
distance races. Runners – Results Poster, Clerk Runner, Announcer, Runner, Meet Marshall Runner. To post results promptly after the
conclusion of each event. To relay
important meet information to the Clerk, Announcer, and Meet Marshall. Additional Services provided if needed (contact for
