 Travel & Lodging Fees

• For events in Georgia, there is a $75 travel fee*.
• For events outside of Georgia, there is a $75 travel fee plus $0.545/mile*.
  
• For lodging: reimbursement or the arrangement double, non-smoking rooms according to number of days of the event and the number of employees needed.
• *If events require more than six Exact Timing employees, an additional travel fee may be added for additional travel vehicles.
