CROSS COUNTRY SERVICES & PRICES

Our Cross Country timing is done with the IPICO Chip Timing System integrated with Finish Lynx and Hy-Tek Meet Manager. 
We time a variety of Cross Country Meets, such as: Collegiate, High School, Middle School and Elementary School.
Cross Country Timing $700 minimum
$700 timing fee includes the cost of shoe chip tags for up to 300 entered runners, then $1.50 per runner over 300. 
Includes:
  • IPICO Shoe Tags* (1-per runner)
  • Gun to Chip Timing
  • Generic Bib Numbers & Pins
  • Finish line display clock
  • Live and printed results at event
  • Posted complete results
  • Additional shoe tags per runner available for a fee for Conference, Regionals and State Meets or upon requests
*IPICO Shoe Tags must be collected by the host event and returned to Meet Director or Exact Timing. For missing and/or damaged IPICO Shoe Tags a fee of $10.00 per shoe tag will be added to the invoice. A final invoice will be presented after chip inventory. (See IPICO Shoe Tag Policy below)
OUR SHOE CHIP TAGS ARE NUMBERED 1-1000. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PROVIDE BIB NUMBERS FOR THE EVENT, PLEASE HAVE THE BIB NUMBERS IN A CONTINUOUS SEQUENCE BETWEEN 1-1000.
On-Line Entries $30+
Setting up entry pages for participants on sites such as Direct Athletics, MileSplit, Active.com, etc.
Race Day Management  $100
Registration for race day participants for changes for per-registered participants.
Custom Bib Numbers (contact for price)
Custom graphic and texts on disposable bib numbers for participants that are using the IPICO Shoe Tags.
Meet Packets $75
Meet packets for teams with bib numbers, shoe tags, meet information, etc.
Finish Line Arch & Chute $100
The finish line structure is an inflatable arch that is 15-feet wide and10-feet tall. The chute is made with black plastic stakes or 36-inch cones with flagging tape or cone poles.
Finish Line Flag & Chute $25
The finish flag is a 15-foot tall finish flag. The chute is made with black plastic stakes or 36-inch cones with flagging tape or cones poles.
Other services that we offer (please us contact for availability and prices): Disposable Bib Numbers with Chip Tag, Pins, Start Flag (10-foot), Cones for Course, Course Markings (mile markers, arrows, etc.), Course Design/Measurement, Generators, Catering, Concessions, Water Stations, Starters/Officials, Sound System, Awards and Shirts.
IPICO SHOE TAG POLICY
Host events are responsible for collecting IPICO Shoe Tags. Exact Timing will provide bags/boxes for the return of IPICO Shoe Tags. A fee of $10.00 per missing/damaged shoe tag will be added to the invoice. A final invoice will be presented after chip inventory.

 Travel & Lodging Fees

  • For events in Georgia, there is a $75 travel fee*.
  • For events outside of Georgia, there is a $75 travel fee plus $0.56/mile*.
  • For lodging: reimbursement or the arrangement double, non-smoking rooms according to number of days of the event and the number of employees needed.
  • *If events require more than four Exact Timing employees, an additional travel fee may be added for additional travel vehicles.
